- International orders are shipped via EMS.
For overseas shipments, a flat fee of ￥3,000 will apply regardless of the purchase price.
Once the order is shipped , no cancellation is accepted.

Step 1. Check your order and click “order confirmation” button when you are ready.
Step 2. Order will be shipped when the payment is received.
Step 3. We will email you shipping confirmation and EMS tracking number.
Step 4. Your order will arrive to you .

- Credit card is the only method of payment accepted for all international orders.
After finalizing the order, you will be directed to the credit card payment page. Please follow the instruction to make your payment. Minimum order for credit card is 1200JPY and no cancellation is accepted with credit card order.
About our product
- Generally, wigs that can withstand heat up to 100℃/212F are considered "heat-resistant".
Heat-resistant wigs can be styled with a hair dryer, hair iron and other hair styling equipments using heat.
*Only heat-resistant wigs are indicated as such.
*Heat-resistant Airily Wigs withstand heat up to 180℃/356F, unless otherwise noted. Keep away from open flames.

Attention*All wigs are handmade.
Please be aware the color on fibers can come out differently according to production time and temperture changes.
- Basic wig maintenance is as below.
Fill a bowl with luke warm water to rinse out dirt.
Wash lightly with shampoo if hair styling product such as hair wax and spray was used.
Use of fabric softner is recommended to keep the wig tangle-free.
Put the wet wig on a wig stand and place it in a well ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight to air dry.
Put the dried wig in a box to keep the shape and store in dry place.
Try to avoid storing under heavy items or over-stuffing the box.
Try to keep the wig shape for best result.
- Small hooks and rubber bands to adjust the fit of the wig.
AttentionSmall hooks are relatively soft and may be compromised with strong force or prolonged heat exposure.
Please handle with care.
If the hooks are already bent or compromised when you receive the order, please contact us.
- Yes, with fabric dye. Please check our Facebook page for details.
- It's a packet of desiccating agent to keep the products dry.
*Some wigs may come with a packet of desiccating agent.
Cancel order, returns and exchange
- No cancellation is accepted with credit card orders.
- No returns and exchanges are accepted with international orders.
- No credit card orders can be cancelled.
- No exchange is accepted with credit card orders.
- We are afraid that we are not able to do so other than a few rare cases.
- We will re-send after confirming it was not sent.
